Christian Garnett Partners LLP is a design led architectural practice based in High Holborn, London. Established in 1992, our client base includes developers, the great estates, property investment companies, government departments and institutions, as well as major end users. The practice offers a broad range of services from master plans, feasibility studies, programme analysis and site selection, to contract administration and post contract occupancy reports. Building projects range in size from design of whole urban blocks to high quality fit out of offices for corporate clients. We are currently active in the City and West End of London, Westminster, Camden, Covent Garden , Bloomsbury, Chelsea,Kensington, and further afield in Richmond, Cambridge and South-East England.

Approach

The practice is focused on delivering innovative, well considered solutions on projects as diverse as commercial/ corporate, urban planning, offices, residential, retail, conservation and refurbishment. Favouring a responsive, collaborative approach to town planning applications, the practice has achieved an outstanding record of success, particularly with consents for complex sites involving a mix of uses. With over 60% of work derived from repeat clients, we believe that there is an underlying creativity of thinking and a thoroughness which underpins all our projects and which particularly shows in our attention to detail.
