January 2006 Robert Adam Street mixed use scheme commences on site Works have started on site for Christian Garnett Partners 17,500sqft office/residential scheme at Robert Adam Street and Baker's Mews for The Portman Estate. The project will involve conservation and refurbishment of a group of Grade II Listed buildings including Georgian townhouses and a Victorian Mews to the rear. Contractors Crispin & Borst were appointed before Christmas to take the £3million scheme forward and the seventeen residential units and small office building are expected to be completed late autumn 2006. close window
