January 2007 Mixed residential/ office redevelopement project, Haslemere, Surrey Developer Watersfield Group has appointed Christian Garnett Partners as architects on a 2,000sqm. mixed residential and office scheme close to Haslemere Station. The scheme will involve recladding and conversion of an existing office block dating from the 1970s into three floors of residential above a commercial base, and a new freestanding office building on the same site. The practice previously obtained planning consent for the scheme on behalf of developer Crownhall Estates and have been retained by the new owner to implement the project, which is scheduled to commence on site early in 2007. close window
