February 2007 Mayfair office refurbishment instruction Cordea Savills Fund Management, acting on behalf of Diageo Pension Fund have instructed Christian Garnett Partners as designers and project managers on an a major refurbishment and rebrand scheme for 43-44 Albemarle Street, Mayfair. The existing building, originally dating from the 1920s and comprising some 1,500sqm, is to be renovated and upgraded in phases, and work will involve redesign and improvements to the entrance hall, toilets common areas and Category 'A' fit out of office floors as these become available.
