March 2006 Practice appointed on Eastcheap refurbishment project Dutch investment Group Wereldhave have appointed Christian Garnett Partners as architects and lead designers on refurbishment of an office building at 16 Eastcheap in the City of London. The existing building, comprising some 2,500sqm is to be renovated and upgraded in phases, and work will involve redesign and improvements to the toilets common areas and Category 'A' fit out of office floors as these become available. It is evisaged that works will be carried out on a fast track basis with phase 1 commencing August 2007. close window
