Planning Consent granted for office HQ scheme, Liphook, Hampshire


East Hants District Council have granted planning permission for Christian Garnett Partners proposal for adaptation and extension of Bohunt Manor, Liphook into a new headquarters for IT company IML Ltd, who are owned by Bristol based Computershare Investor Services PLC.

The project will involve restoration, conversion and extension of the existing10,000sqft former country house into a research and development centre for the company, who are an international leader in the design of advanced key pad interactive systems.
