May 2007 New instruction for Richmond mixed use redevelopment scheme. Wereldhave Property Corporation Plc has appointed Christian Garnett Partners as architects on the redevelopment of 1-5 Lower George Street in the historic centre of Richmond. The project will involve demolition of the existing building dating from the 1950s and rebuilding as a new mixed office and retail scheme comprising some 60,000sqft. The practice was initially appointed in 2006 to prepare a feasibility study for the site and have now been instructed to progress designs with a view to submitting a full application for planning permission later this year. Cluttons will act as planning consultants and WT Partnership as independant cost consultants. close window
