June 2006 29-35 Manchester Street residential refurbishment project The Portman Estate have appointed Christian Garnett Partners LLP as their architects and lead consultant on a refurbishment of four Grade II Listed townhouses in Manchester Street, London W1 The group of buildings, currently vacant and in a dilapidated state, comprise some 16,000sqft and will be extended refurbished and converted to provide twenty high quality residential units for letting on the open market. The scheme will include extensive repairs and improvements to the buildings' fabric, including new six-over-six windows, and forms part of The Portman Estate's long term regeneration plan for the area to the West of Marylebone Road. close window
