July 2006 Practice appointed on Covent Garden office refurbishment Cordea Savills Fund Management, acting on behalf of Diageo Pension Fund have instructed Christian Garnett Partners LLP on a refurbishment and rebrand scheme in Covent Garden, close to Long Acre and Drury Lane. The former warehouse building, comrises some 12,000sqft of offices and forms part of a block bounded by Arne Street, Dryden Street and Drury Lane.
