September 2004 Practice appointed architects for major conversion project, London W2 Christian Garnett Partners LLP have been appointed by developers London & Overseas on refurbishment and extension of Westbourne House, a mixed residential/ office/ retail scheme comprising some 4,500sqm. The scheme will comprise conversion and extension of the existing upper office floors to provide approximately 1,200sqm of residential, refurbishment and extension of the remaining 3,300sqm of office and retail space.
