September 2007- Practice appointed on two new build residential schemes in Bloomsbury WC1 Developer Capitol City Ltd have appointed Christian Garnett Partners as architects on two new build residential schemes in Northington Street WC1. The schemes involve redevelopment of two corner sites within the Bloomsbury Conservation Area at the junction of Northington Street and Kings Mews, and will comprise three new townhouses, three flats and two retail unit on the ground floor. Documentation is being finalized for submission to London Borough of Camden in October. close window
