October 2005 Planning application submitted for redevelopment scheme on Fulham Road Town Planning Consultants DTZ Pieda Consulting have submitted a planning application on behalf of Wereldhave Property Corporation for rebuilding of 196-200 Fulham Road, Chelsea. The scheme, designed by Christian Garnett Partners, comprises some 10,000sqft of new floor area arranged over five floors with retail and bar on the ground and basement and six residential units above.
