A new 1,350sqM. office building within the curtilage of an 800sqM. Edwardian country house which has been used as offices since the 1950s, but fallen into disrepair. Taking advantage of the steeply sloping site topography, the lower floor will be concealed, with only the ground and part first floor visible when viewed from the front. Mechanical ventilation will be minimised through use of external blinds, external louvres and "heat sink" reinforced concrete floor slabs.
