Refurbishment and conversion of a block of five Grade II Listed townhouses, and adjoining rear mews properties in Marylebone with a total floor area of some 17,000sqft to create sixteen new residential units including three houses. Previously on the 'Buildings at Risk' Register, the properties were completely overhauled and historic plan forms and original features re-instated. The project included an element of new build at the rear to re-establish the elevation of the original mews, lost after the second world war. |
