Makeover of an office block in Covent Garden, dating from the mid 1980's. Our client's principal objective was to transform the outdated appearance of the building and provide an attractive, contemporary environment for potential tenants. The practice acted as design consultants on the remodelling of the reception, refurbishment of the common areas and toilets, and updating of the ground floor elevations. Work was carried out while the building was occupied and included 'Cat. 'A' fit out of one empty floor.
