Refurbishment of a 1,100sqm Victorian warehouse building for the pension fund of a blue chip company . The project involved remodelling of the internal office areas, ground floor elevation, including new windows and shopfront, and new office suite extension at 4th floor level. Our client's principal objective was to transform the outdated appearance of the building and provide an attractive, contemporary environment for potential tenants. Work was carried out on a fast track contract basis while a number of tenants remained in occupation.
