Remodelling of a 500sqM. Grade II Listed Georgian town house and ancillery mews house for a private client. The project involved comprehensive refurbishment and restoration of the property including complete rebuilding of the rear half of the building and refurbishment of the mews house. The interior of the house was completely gutted and redesigned with new joinery, a new staircase, new bathrooms and basement extension. The mews house to the rear, was converted into the client's private library and office. The project included new audio-visual installations, specialist lighting and fitted joinery, with furniture and finishes designed by Gosling Ltd.
