A mixed use commercial office and retail/ restuarant development of around 2,200 sqm. between Oxford Street and Portman Square. The project involved demolition of a group of period buildings and replacement with a new building arranged over five levels. The office element on the upper floors is served by a single core, with retail units on the ground floor and a large restaurant at basement level. The elevations are designed to enhance the Conservation Area, retaining the character of a group of buildings, with a shared architectural language.
