Town Planning Consents

We understand how crucial it is for clients to obtain Planning Consent and we take enormous care in the research and preparation of a planning submission. We like to work with Local Authorities in a pro-active manner to ensure that an application goes forward smoothly with the best possible chance of success.

We submit a Design Policy Statement to explain the scheme and assist the Local Authority in their statutory consultations. Where appropriate we will meet local bodies and pressure groups to explain the scheme, and to identify any problems that may need to be addressed.
